MONITORING CLAUSE

Due to the execution of the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free transfer of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), we inform you about the rules of monitoring in force on the premises of the Administrator:

2. 4. The legal basis for the processing of personal monitoring data is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”).
5. Personal data obtained from the monitoring will be processed and stored for a period of 14 days
6. A person recorded by the monitoring system has the right to access personal data, the right to erase and the right to rectify them. In addition, you have the right to restrict processing in the cases set out in Article 18 of the GDPR
7. The data are not processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, so the right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR does not apply. Likewise, due to the fact that the only legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR,” there is no right to data portability under Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country (outside the European Union) nor to an international organization.
8. There are no recipients to whom personal information may be disclosed, i.e., personal information will not be shared with any third parties. The monitoring data may be made available only when requested by an authorized body under generally applicable laws in the course of its investigation (e.g. police, prosecutor’s office, court).
9. If it is determined that the processing of data violates applicable laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
10. Personal data will not be processed by the automated means, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR. This means that no decisions are made automatically and that no profiles are built.
