In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter the “GDPR,” the Controller informs you that:

Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung von Verkaufsprozessen auf der Grundlage von Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe c der Verordnung sowie auf der Grundlage geltender Gesetze, geschlossener Vereinbarungen (Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b) und auf der Grundlage einer erteilten Einwilligung in dem Umfang und zu dem Zweck, der im Inhalt der Einwilligung angegeben ist (Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a).

6. Purpose and period of processing
The Controller may process Clients’ personal data for the purposes of carrying out statutory tasks specified in the provisions of applicable law. In other cases, personal data is processed only on the basis of previously granted consent within the scope and purpose specified in the content of the consent.
7. Rights of data subjects
You have the right, with regard to personal data concerning you, to:
access the personal data
rectify personal data, e.g. if it is outdated or untrue
erase the personal data
restrict the processing of data
transfer the data,
object to processing of data
should you become aware of any unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, seated in Warsaw
Where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, the provision of personal data by you to the Controller is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Any activities related to processing carried out before the withdrawal shall remain lawful, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal
